Professional Work Visa

If youre accepting a job in Singapore and are not a Singapore national or permanent resident you will need a work permit, known as an Employment PassAn Employment Pass (EP) is available to foreigners who earn a fixed monthly salary of more than $2,500 and have recognised qualifications. If you are offered a job in Singapore through CML it is certain that you will meet these initial criteria.

The EP is subdivided into the P Pass and the Q Pass:
    P Pass - for foreigners seeking professional, managerial or executive and specialist jobs.
    Q Pass for foreigners earning a fixed monthly salary of more than $2,500 and possessing recognised qualifications.
As part of the process of applying for an EP you will be asked to provide the following:
    Employment Pass application form completed and signed by both the applicant worker and the employer (sponsor)
    A copy of your educational certificates and related documents and past employment testimonials
    A passport-size photograph of the applicant (taken within the last three months); 

    A copy of the personal particulars page of the applicant's travel document/passport
    Applicants from the legal profession will also need to provide a copy of the relevant supporting document(s) from the Attorney-General's Chambers, Singapore

When your EP is processed and issued you can apply for a Dependant's Pass for your Spouse and/or children.
